Lefosse advise on the sixth issuance of True Securitizadora

Lefosse acted as deal counsel for Banco Santander (Brasil), as lead underwriter and Stellantis Financiamentos Sociedade de Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, in the sixth issuance of True Securitizadora of simple non convertible debentures, in a two series, for public distribution, with using ballast in credit rights of the company, in the total amount of BRL 721,144,000.00, pursuant to CVM 160, as amend.
