Machado Meyer and BMA advise Good Karma on Alea investment
Machado Meyer advised Good Karma Ventures Gestora de Recursos on the execution of an Investment Agreement for the subscription of shares representing 6.97% of the share capital of Alea, a company controlled by Tenda, which was advised by BMA.
In addition to the Investment Agreement, Machado Meyer also advised GKP in the execution of the Shareholders’ Agreement with Construtora Tenda and Woodframe Participações, also a shareholder of Alea, as well as in the performance of legal due diligence of Alea.
The transaction value was BRL 80 million.
