ECIJA promotes new partner in El Salvador

ECIJA El Salvador has announced the appointment of Nathania García-Prieto (pictured) as new partner of the firm. She joined the firm in 2022 as Chief Growth Officer.

Nathania has more than 20 years of experience in the legal field and has developed a solid track record advising both national and international clients in key sectors such as electricity, telecommunications, health and technology. Currently, he leads teams specialising in the management of legal portfolios, with an emphasis on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), as well as conducting investigations, legal audits and designing preventive processes to mitigate legal risks. In addition, he acts as legal advisor and coach to executives, ensuring compliance with internal policies, rules and processes in organisations, contributing to operational optimisation and security.

With this appointment, ECIJA’s office in El Salvador now has 6 partners, 13 lawyers and an administrative and paralegal team.
