Madrona Fialho act on the acquisition of Global Trend by Manuchar

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Manuchar Comércio Exterior, a Belgian group with a global presence, on the acquisition of a 50% stake in the share capital of Global Trend Indústria e Comércio Exterior, a company that operates in the wholesale trade of chemical products for various industries, as well as in the logistics and transportation of commodities, including steel and polymers.

With the transaction, Manuchar now owns a 100% stake in Global Trend’s share capital.

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Manuchar and relied on partners José Senedesi and Ricardo Madrona, as well as associates Lucas Grilli and Izabel Cristina de Lima e Silva. Regarding Antitrust matters, the client was advised by partner Luis Nagalli and associate Marco Volpini.

The seller was advised by BRZ Advogados, through lawyers Cristina Justo and Rodrigo Câmara.
