Marval counsels on issuance of Voii 4 trust securities
Marval O’Farrell Mairal has counselled on the fourth issuance of trust securities corresponding to the ‘Voii’ financial trust, for a total amount of V/N ARS 3,800,000,000.
The issue was made on 20 December and included Senior Trust Debt Securities (VDFS) for V/N ARS 2,800,000,000,000 and Class B Trust Debt Securities (VDFB) for V/N ARS 1,000,000,000,000.
Asociación Mutual Solidaria acted as trustee, administrator and collection agent; TMF Trust Company (Argentina), as trustee; Banco Voii acted as arranger and underwriter; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones, Banco Mariva, as underwriters; and Banco CMF as co-underwriter.
The Comisión Nacional de Valores authorised the public offering of these trust securities, which are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico and listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos.
The VDFS and VDFB have been rated ‘raAAA(sf)’ and ‘raBB+(sf)’, respectively, by FIX SCR rating agency.
