Ritch Mueller counsels Nacer Global on $750m investment in Lottus Education
Ritch Mueller has counselled Nacer Global Education, majority shareholder of Lottus Education, on Kans Capital’s MXN$750 million investment in Lottus Education, a platform specialising in education services.
This transaction was completed on 11 November, with Chávez Vargas Abogados, and Muñoz Manzo y Ocampo advising Kans Capital; and Muñoz Manzo y Ocampo, and Greenberg Traurig acting as advisors to Lottus Education.
