Larrain y Asociados names new partner

Larrain y Asociados has announced the promotion of Francisco Cerda Lecaros (pictured) as a new partner of the firm, effective January 1, 2025.

Francisco has been a part of the firm since 2015. He holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Columbia University.

His practice focuses on projects, infrastructure, mining and energy, areas in which he has extensive experience advising some of the main mining and energy companies in the country in highly complex contracts and regulatory matters.
