Lefosse advises Qualicorp Consultoria on debenture issue

Lefosse Advogados act as deal counsel on the 7th issuance of non-convertible debentures, in single series, in the total amount of BRL 200 million, of Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros, for public distribution pursuant to CVM 160, as amend.

Banco Santader (Brasil), Santander acted as the lead underwriter of the offering.
