FLH advise on the incorporation of Éxes Carajá Fiagro
FLH Advogados has advised Éxes Gestora de Recursos, as asset manager, BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, as fiduciary administrator, and BTG Pactual Investment Banking, as lead arranger, on the incorporation of Éxes Carajá Fundo de Investimento nas Cadeias Produtivas Agroindustriais – Fiagro – Direitos Creditórios Responsabilidade Limitada, registered under CNPJ/MF No. 57.076.795/0001-39, as well as on the first issuance and public offering of the Fund’s shares, in the total amount of BRL 300,000,000.
