BMA advise Totvs on the sale of its entire stake to Clickbus
BMA advised Totvs on the sale, through its subsidiary Totvs Large Enterprise Tecnologia, of its entire stake – equivalent to 80% of the total common shares issued by RJ Participações to Bus Serviços de Agendamento (Clickbus) for R$49.6 million, subject to adjustments.
RJ provides management software solutions for passenger transportation companies, and the decision to sell RJ is part of Totvs’ strategic plan to enhance team focus and optimize resource allocation in market segments where it is economically viable for Totvs to apply its “Trusted Advisor” approach to its clients. The closing of the Transaction is subject to approval by antitrust authorities and the fulfillment of other customary conditions for this type of transaction.
