MRK Advogados promotes new partner
Modesto Carvalhosa, Kuyven e Ronco Advogados (MKR Advogados) has announced the promotion of Kaue Cardoso de Oliveira (pictured) to partner.
With more than seven years’ experience at the firm, Kaue specializes in business law, with an emphasis on resolving corporate disputes.
His practice focuses on providing legal advice to companies and investors in strategic disputes, as well as consulting on corporate and contractual issues. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper (2016) and completed the Executive Education Program in Private Equity and Venture Capital from the same institution (2017). He also has a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
