Monteiro, Rusu, Cameirão e Bercht Advogados advised the issuer and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Título e Valores Mobiliários on the first issuance for public distribution, with subordination clause for the composition of level II of the regulatory capital, of financial letters of Banco C6, in the total amount of R$ 102,600,000.00, pursuant CVM Rule nº 8.
