Lefosse advises on Jive Bossanova90 FIDC structuring

Lefosse has acted as counsel to the Brazilian alternatives investment manager JiveMauá on the structuring and distribution of shares of Jive Bossanova90 FIDC, a credit rights investment fund formed as a single-class quota fund targeted at the general public and structured as an open-ended fund (with a 90-day redemption period).

Lefosse’s work comprised regulatory advice, as well drafting of documents and structuring of Jive Bossanova90 FIDC. The team was formed by the partner André Mileski (pictured), and the associates Marina Reali and Vinicius Braschi.
