Nasser Advogados strengthens its practice with a new partner

Nasser Advogados announced Marina Takitani (pictured) as the newest partner at assuming a strategic position in the areas of International Trade, Antitrust, and International Law.

Marina Takitani began her career at the firm as an intern in 2016 and was hired as a junior associate in 2018. Over the years, she was promoted to mid-level associate, then to senior associate, and in 2025, was named partner. This progression reflects the recognition of her consistent and dedicated work, aligned with Nasser Advogados’ culture of nurturing and promoting internal talent.

Marina brings a solid academic and international background. She holds an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Centre, graduating with distinction and honors, and was included on the Dean’s List. She also holds a professional master’s degree in Economics from the São Paulo School of Economics at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), a bachelor’s degree in law from FGV School of Law, along with a minor in International Relations from CPDOC-FGV.

Marina has worked at the Legal Affairs Division of the World Trade Organization (WTO), at the Permanent Mission of Brazil to the WTO in Geneva, and completed an academic exchange semester at NYU School of Law, focusing on International Law.
