Lefosse advises on Jequiti’s commercial note issue
Lefosse acted as deal counsel in the 1st issuance of commercial notes, in two series, of SS Comércio de Cosméticos e Produtos de Higiene Pessoal (Jequiti Cosméticos) , in the total amount of BRL 70 million.
the issuance was coordinated by ABC Brasil Distribuidora De Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, pursuant to CVM 160, as amended, and other applicable law and regulation.
The net proceeds raised through the Issuance shall be used by the issuer for liability management and
strengthen its cash position.
