TozziniFreire assisted Impact Not a Bank – a global platform for impact finance – in a relevant investment transaction with AMAZ Aceleradora de Impacto, by means of a private instrument of loan agreement convertible in equity, aiming to increase Impact Not a Bank’s cash flow, business performance and social impact.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
In addition, the firm is currently advising Impact Not a Bank on corporate reorganization aiming to attract further investments, as well as negotiating investment rounds with current and new investors.
