Ouro Preto and EPG is now Ouro Preto Paranhos Advogados

The Law Firms Ouro Preto Advogados and Esper, Paranhos, Gushiken (EPG) Advogados are now operating as Ouro Preto Paranhos Advogados.

At the head of the new structure, partners Rodrigo Ouro Preto (pictured right) and Eduardo Paranhos (pictured left) reinforce that this integration under the new name reflects an expansion and consolidation of both firms’ service portfolios, offering integrated legal solutions designed to meet the increasing demands of the market.

Founded in 2011 and recognized for its expertise in intellectual property and civil litigation, Ouro Preto Advogados is broadening its scope to include a comprehensive corporate law practice, with a focus on digital law (including artificial intelligence and data protection), contracts, corporate governance, compliance, institutional relations and mediation. Established in 2019, EPG strengthens its capacity in civil litigation and intellectual property, which remain core and complementary areas for clients across a wide range of industries.
