Mattos Filho has announced the promotion of seven lawyers to the firm, strengthening its full-service service and boosting business development in strategic sectors.
The promotions take place in seven practice areas: environmental; litigation and arbitration; investment funds; infrastructure and energy; criminal; labor and tax. This brings Mattos Filho to over 140 partners.
Aware of market changes and the demands of different sectors of the economy, the firm continues to invest in valuing internal talent, which reflects on the sustainable growth of the institution and the excellent service provided to clients.

Filipe Vergette and Rafael Kasiarz are based in the Rio de Janeiro office, which now has 24 partners and is the largest law firm in the region in terms of number of lawyers. The others are based in São Paulo.
