Leite Tosto e Barros strengthens areas with hiring and promotion
Leite Tosto e Barros Advogados strengthened its capital markets practice with the hiring of partner, Bruno Ivonez Borges Alexandre (pictured), former Vortx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários. Bruno has extensive experience in Project Finance operations, structuring of debentures, CRA, CRI, promissory and commercial notes, working with regulatory agencies (CVM and ANBIMA) and B3, in addition to M&A operations.
The firm also has bolstered its restructuring practice by promoting Pedro Humbert (pictured), a senior associate, to an executive partner. Pedro has more than fifteen years of experience in highly complex content, as well as arbitration, involving a diverse range of subjects, such as electrical energy regulatory law; corporate law; agribusiness, administrative law; civil liability; breach of contract; infrastructure and judicial recovery.
