Chediak strengthens labor and litigation areas with new partners

Chediak Advogados has announced two new partners: Michelle Pimenta Dezidério (pictured left) and Thales Mahatman Monteiro de Melo (pictured right).

Michelle has been with the firm since 2012, while Thales has been part of the Civil Litigation team since the opening of the São Paulo office. Now, both are taking on new responsibilities as partners in the Labor Law and Arbitration and Litigation areas, respectively.

Michelle Pimenta Dezidério focuses on employment law, working with partner Flávio Aldred Ramacciotti. Her duties include drafting defenses and appeals in strategic proceedings, as well as handling cases before different administrative bodies.

Michelle has a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure from the Escola Superior de Advocacia da OAB/SP and a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas. In 2022, she was recognized as one of the most admired lawyers in the Labor area.

Lawyer Thales Mahatman Monteiro de Melo began his career at the firm as a trainee. A graduate of the University of São Paulo (USP), he has continued at the firm, building a professional history of more than 10 years.

Thales joins the team working with partner Carlos Steiner on litigation and arbitration, with experience in preventing and resolving civil, corporate and real estate disputes.
