Two firms advise on the acquisition of Colégio Amadeus by Inspira

Madrona Fialho Advogados advised Inspira Rede de Educadores on the acquisition of Colégio Amadeus, which offers early childhood education, elementary education and high school education in Aracaju, Sergipe (Brazil). Manassero Advogados advised the sellers.

This acquisition marks the expansion of the Inspira group in the state of Sergipe. The closing of the transaction remains subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent. The transction value was not disclosed.
