Pierson Ferdinand launches Latin America practice focused on disputes and regulatory matters

Pierson Ferdinand has announced the launch of its Latin America practice, aiming to provide Latin American clients with integrated, cross-border legal services by leveraging strong relationships with leading local firms across the region.

The practice will assist Latin American clients on their most critical transactions and disputes arising in the U.S. and the U.K. The firm partners have broad and deep knowledge in a wide range of practices, including M&A, project finance and development, privatizations, capital markets, restructuring, trade and sanctions compliance, regulatory issues, enforcement actions, litigation, and arbitration proceedings.

The practice will be chaired by partner Yine Rodríguez Pérez (pictured), recognized by her leadership in complex international arbitrations, primarily in Latin America.

Pierson Ferdinand’s clients include multinational companies across a range of sectors—agriculture, energy, infrastructure, financial services, life sciences, and emerging technologies—benefiting from the deep, sophisticated experience of PierFerd’s partners.
