Ritch Mueller advises On Location on securing FIFA hospitality rights for 2026 World Cup
Ritch Mueller, a leading Mexico-based law firm, advised On Location on the execution of security documents in favor of FIFA. The transaction is part of the broader structuring of VIP hospitality packages for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
On Location is the official hospitality provider for the FIFA World Cup 26, which will take place across Canada, Mexico and the USA from 11 June to 19 July 2026. They are responsible for delivering hospitality packages that include food and beverage, premium seating, hospitality, among other services.
Ritch Mueller’s team was led by partner Santiago Carrillo Cattori along with Pablo De Arrigunaga López and Rodrigo Carreras Valle.
Other major firms in North America were also involved in the deal. Simpson Thacher & Bartlett was the US-based counsel to On Location. Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez was FIFA’s counsel.
