BVA has a new partner in the M&A and Corporate practices

BVA has announced that Isabela Xavier (pictured) has joined the firm as a partner in its M&A and Corporate practices, reinforcing its international capabilities and supporting its strategy of consolidating BVA as a leading player in complex transactional work.

Bringing over 25 years of experience, Isabela joins BVA after building a distinguished career at firms such as Veirano Advogados and Araújo e Policastro Advogados, and holding in-house and international roles that add depth to the firm’s corporate and transactional expertise.

With a law degree from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) and an LL.M. from the University of Chicago, Isabela advises on high-level M&A, private equity, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and cross-border deals. Her background includes practicing at Squire Patton Boggs in New York and serving as in-house counsel at Nasdaq-listed Strategy, Inc., overseeing operations across Brazil, Portugal, and South Africa.
