Freitas Ferraz adds new tax partner from Rolim Goulart Cardoso

Freitas Ferraz Advogados has announced the arrival of Luís Felipe de Campos (pictured) as the newest partner in its Tax practice.

He joins the firm after serving as a partner at Rolim Goulart Cardoso Advogados, bringing more than 20 years of experience in tax, corporate, and succession structuring.

Luís Felipe’s addition is part of Freitas Ferraz’s strategic plan to expand its advisory and transactional capabilities in high-stakes tax matters, both domestic and cross-border.

He specializes in tax planning, corporate reorganizations, succession planning for high-net-worth individuals, international taxation, transfer pricing and M&A-related tax due diligence. His clients include major national and multinational corporations, as well as family-owned business groups.

He is also well-regarded for his work in optimizing corporate structures and reviewing the tax efficiency of operational models.

Luís Felipe holds an MSc in Taxation from the University of Oxford, and also earned postgraduate and undergraduate law degrees from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (PUC-Campinas), respectively.
