Lobo de Rizzo advised Dimensa on the acquisition of the totality of the shares issued by Agger, held by Arco Capital Fundo de Investimento em Participações Empresas Emergentes – Responsabilidade Limitada and minority shareholders.

Its flagship platform is widely recognized in the Brazilian insurance market for providing broker-oriented solutions, including multi-quotation tools and end-to-end policy administration capabilities.
This transaction represents a strategic expansion of Dimensa’s presence in the insurance segment, reinforcing its position in the technology ecosystem for the sector.
