FLH and Freitas Leite Advise on Opea’s CRI backed by Prati
Freitas Leite advised the issuer and FLH advised the underwriter and lead arranger on the 447th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI), in three series, by Opea Securitizadora in the total amount of BRL 200 million, which were publicly offered to qualified investors (as defined in the applicable regulation). The CRI were backed by unsecured commercial notes, issued in three series by Prati, Donaduzi & Cia.
The proceeds of the offering will be used by Prati to fund its expansion plan through the building of new industrial facilities.
Freitas Leite advised Prati and relied on partner Fernanda Amaral and associate Julia Godoy.
FLH advised BTG Pactual Investment Banking, acting as lead arranger, and relied on partners William Rizzi (pictured center) and Gabriel Leutewiler (pictured right), and associates Paulo Garcia and Giovanna Bicudo.
