SRST advises on Uberlândia Esporte Clube SAF share sale
SRST Advogados advised on the incorporation and sale of 90% of Uberlândia Esporte Clube’s SAF shares.
The operation involves a group of businessmen, who now hold the controlling stake in SAF.
SRST was responsible for all the legal structuring of the transaction – from the formalization of the soccer joint-stock company to the drafting of the share acquisition instruments.
SRST has also recently acted in the sale of SAF shares in the Athletic Club, as well as advising on the formation of SAF in Boston City FC and the sale of SAF shares in Itabirito Futebol Clube, clubs in Minas Gerais.
