Stocche Forbes advise SARE11 on a lease agreement
Stocche Forbes advised Santander Renda de Aluguéis Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário (SARE11) on the execution of a lease agreement, in the municipality of Santo André, State of São Paulo.
The lease was entered into with a company operating in the wholesale sector, for a 20-year term. The tenant shall be responsible for all necessary adaptations to the leased premises.
