Pinheiro Neto, Machado Meyer and others act on Zamp delisting

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Emerging Variant on the delisting tender offer for the acquisition of common shares related to the conversion of Zamp’s registration as a publicly held company. The transaction involved Emerging Variant’s strategic move to take the company private.

Machado Meyer and Sidley Austin advised Affinity Partners in the deal, while Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld also provided counsel to Emerging Variant.

Pinheiro Neto relied on partners Cauê Myanaki (pictured left) and Luiz Felipe Guimarães (pictured center), with support from senior associate Paula Rodrigues and associate Felipe de Santi.
