Marval O’Farrell Mairal advises AVI-SPL on the acquisition of ICAP Global Group
Marval O’Farrell Mairal acted as Argentine legal counsel to AVI-SPL, a global leader in digital enablement solutions, in its acquisition of ICAP Global Group, a company with operations across Latin America and Spain, specializing in audiovisual technology integration and collaboration services.
The transaction marks a significant milestone in AVI-SPL’s global expansion strategy, reinforcing its commitment to delivering localized solutions with international standards. Following the merger, the combined entity will operate under the AVI-SPL name, becoming the one of the largest provider of AV technology, unified communications and collaboration (UCC), workspace management, and experience solutions. The newly integrated company will have a presence in 16 countries and a workforce of over 3,000 employees.
