Dias Carneiro advises Caixa on Japaratinga Resort’s issuance
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Caixa Econômica Federal on the first issuance of debentures by Japaratinga Resort, part of the Amarante group.
The BRL 150 million transaction will finance the third expansion phase of the Japaratinga Lounge Resort, aiming to boost tourism in the Alagoas region and generate new jobs both during construction and in the resort’s operations.
