Cescon Barrieu advises on the issuance of Casa & Vídeo Brasil
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer, the guarantor and the underwriter, on the 13th issuance of commercial notes, with personal guarantee, in a single series, by the Casa & Vídeo Brasil, for public distribution, under the CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 52,5 million.
The commercial notes were guaranteed by the CVLB Brasil. Bradesco BBI acted as underwriter.
