Bichara Advogados announces new partner in the corporate area
Bichara Advogados has announced the arrival of Renato Di Dio (pictured), who joins the firm as a partner in the corporate area.
Renato has a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), a specialization in Corporate Law from Insper and an LL.M. from The University of Chicago, The Law School.
With almost twenty years of professional experience, he has extensive experience in the areas of Corporate and M&A, including advising Brazilian and foreign clients on infrastructure projects, with a strong presence in the urban mobility, sanitation, energy and logistics sectors. Throughout his career, he has participated in operations involving the structuring of investment vehicles and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity funds, commercial contracts and corporate reorganizations.
Before joining Bichara Advogados, Renato was a partner at Mattos Filho, and was also a member of the International Debt and Capital Markets team at Hogan Lovells US LLP in New York, an experience that broadened his global vision and strengthened his international presence.
