Pinheiro Guimarães and Pinheiro Neto act on Tim’s BRL 5bn issue
Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados and Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on the 2nd issuance of non-convertible and unsecured debentures, in two series of Tim Brasil Serviços e Participações, for public offering, under the Resolution CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 5 billion.
The distribution of debentures was carried out by UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual Investment Banking and Caixa Econômica Federal.
Pinheiro Guimarães advised Tim Brasil and relied on partners Carolina Alonso (pictured left), Ranna Frota (pictured center), associates Monique Lassarot and Lucas Schymura.
