Three Firms advises on Gafisa’s follow-on offering
Cescon Barrieu and TozziniFreire assisted the issuer; Machado Meyer assisted the underwriter on the Gafisa’s follow-on public offering of primary common shares, totaling R$ 88,668,720.00.
As an additional benefit, warrants were granted to the subscribers of the offering, in the proportion of 1 warrant for each 1 share subscribed, also at the issuance price of R$ 20.00.
The offering was carried out under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160, coordinated by Planner Corretora de Valores.
