BMA advise iFood on the acquisition of 20% of CRMBonus

BMA advised iFood.com Agência de Restaurantes Online, the country’s leading food delivery platform, in negotiations with E-Click Serviços Digitais (CRMBonus) for the acquisition of 20% of the capital stock of CRMBonus’s holding company, and within the scope of the strategic partnership between the parties, by means of a Commercial Partnership Agreement for the implementation of consumer reward programs, including giftback and cashback, as well as a consumer loyalty program integrated into the iFood service platform.
