A highly regarded lawyer known for her business-oriented approach and technical expertise, Isadora’s arrival marks the beginning of a new chapter for the firm’s Corporate and M&A practice, where she will work alongside partner Pedro Quaresma.
Isadora holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, with postgraduate specialization in Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions from FGV-SP, and advanced training in Taxation of
Corporate Transactions from Insper. With over a decade of experience in the legal field, she has worked at top-tier Brazilian law firms, including Campos Mello and Cescon Barrieu, contributing to leading transactional and corporate practices.
Her practice focuses on M&A transactions, Corporate and Contract Law, with extensive experience in coordinating legal due diligence processes and drafting and negotiating the full range of agreements involved in mergers and acquisitions. She also advises on the structuring and negotiation of commercial agreements, corporate reorganizations, shareholder and quotaholder agreements, and succession and estate planning.
