Demarest and Mattos Filho act on the acquisition of Diana Bionergia
Demarest advised Santa Maria Agropecuária Novo Horizonte on the acquisition of all shares representing the capital stock of Diana Bioenergia Avanhandava, which was advised by Mattos Filho Advogados.
The transaction value was confidential. The closing of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including approval by the CADE.
