Lawyer Daniel Zaclis (pictured) announced the launch of Zaclis Advogados, a law firm specializing in economic criminal law, based on Avenida Faria Lima, in São Paulo. The firm serves companies and executives in cases related to tax crimes, money laundering, corruption, unfair competition, internal fraud, and other business-related offenses.
With over 15 years of experience in the field and recognized by prestigious legal rankings such as Chambers and Partners (Dispute Resolution: White-Collar Crime), Legal 500 (White-Collar Crime and Investigations), Leaders League (Corporate Criminal Law), and Análise Advocacia Mais Admirados, Zaclis holds a doctorate from USP, with a thesis on internal corporate investigations, and is the author of a reference book on the subject.
