Dias Carneiro advises Proparco on cross-border financing for Frooty
Dias Carneiro Advogados advised Société de Promotion et de Participation Pour la Coopération Économique (Proparco) on the granting of financing in the amount of up to USD 10 million to Frooty Comércio e Indústria de Alimentos, a leader in the Brazilian fruit-based food market.
The funds will be used to support Frooty’s working capital needs and infrastructure investments, with a focus on production, storage, transportation, and export of products.
