Mattos Filho and Demarest advise on Adufértil’s acquisition of Fass
Mattos Filho represented Adufértil Fertilizantes, a company within the Indorama Corporation group (fertilizer segment), on the acquisition of the entire share capital of Fass Indústria e Comércio de Produtos Agropecuários, a company recognized for its strong presence in the fertilizer market, which was advised by Demarest Advogados.
This transaction strengthens Adufértil’s strategic position as one of the leading providers of liquid fertilizer solutions in Brazil. The closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE), as well as the fulfillment of other conditions precedent.
The trnsaction value was not disclosed.
