Pinheiro Neto advised on the 4th issuance of financial notes for public distribution, not subject to registration, of Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (BANRISUL), pursuant to CVM 8, in the total amount of BRL 300 million.

Pinheiro Neto advised the underwriters Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira, BTG Pactual Investment Banking and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and the issuer Banco do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, and relied on partner José Luiz Homem de Mello (pictured), counsel Camila Misciasci Derisio, associate Isabela Piovesan Dall Oglio and legal assistant João Pedro Pinto Palos.
