FLH advise Mitre and Opea on CRI issuance
FLH Advogados has advised Mitre Realty Empreendimentos e Participações and Opea Securitizadora, as deal counsel, in connection with the structuring and negotiation of the 468th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRI) by Opea.
The CRI are backed by real estate credit rights arising from the 1st issuance of commercial notes by MTR-25 Administração de Bens Ltda. The real estate receivables certificates were publicly offered to professional investors pursuant to CVM 160. The transaction value was BRL 115 million.
