Trench Rossi Watanabe advised AFRY on the acquisition of Reta Engenharia, a Brazilian company with a strong presence in the mining and metals sectors.
With this transaction, AFRY strengthens its position in the country and expands its capabilities in industrial areas considered essential for the global energy transition, given that mining plays a central role in the production of materials critical to the green economy.
