Machado Meyer and Pinheiro Guimarães advise on Suzano’s issue
Pinheiro Guimarães advised BofA, Crédit Agricole, HSBC, JP Morgan, MUFG, and UBS, as dealer managers, in Suzano’s public offering for the 5.750% guaranteed notes maturing in 2026, issued by Suzano Austria GmbH, and the 5.500% guaranteed notes maturing in 2027, issued by Suzano International Finance B.V., both guaranteed by Suzano, in the total amount of up to US$ 1,216,581,000.
Pinheiro Guimarães also advised BNP Paribas, BofA, Itaú BBA, JP Morgan, Mizuho, Rabo, Crédit Agricole, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, MUFG, Safra, Santander, Scotia Capital, SBMC, and UBS in the simultaneous issuance and distribution of US$ 1,000,000,000 in senior unsecured global notes maturing in 2036 by Suzano Netherlands B.V., bearing interest at 5.500% and guaranteed by Suzano.
