Trench Rossi Watanabe advises Grupo Bimbo on its first PPA
Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Grupo Bimbo on a transaction that will enable it to enter into its first long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Casa dos Ventos, using the self-production by equalization structure.
The transaction also involved the negotiation of a shareholders’ agreement and a stock option grant agreement that will enable Grupo Bimbo to acquire a stake in a renewable energy project.
