Pinheiro Neto advises Atacadão on early redemption of debentures

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Atacadão on the early redemption of the following issues/series of Atacadão debentures: 3rd series of the 3rd issue of debentures; 1st and 2nd series of the 4th issue; 1st and 2nd series of the 5th issue; 1st and 2nd series of the 6th issue; 1st and 3rd series of the 7th issue; 8th issue.

The transaction value was approximately R$ 6.3 billion. Santander acted as financial advisor to Atacadão.

Pinheiro Neto advised Atacadão and relied on partners Henrique Lang and Joamir Müller Romiti Alves, and associates Gustavo Ferrari Chauffaille and Vinicius Gonzaga.
