Lefosse and Machado Meyer advise on Mantiqueira Alimentos’ CRA
Lefosse advised Mantiqueira Alimentos; Machado Meyer advised the coordinator on the 404th issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRAs) by Ecoagro, backed by agribusiness credit rights owed by Mantiqueira Alimentos.
The public offering, totaling BRL 500 million was coordinated by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and aimed to promote capital markets and support the agribusiness sector.
