Gumucio Litigation Corporate opens new office in Bolivia’s Santa Cruz

Bolivia-based Gumucio Litigation Corporate has inaugurated its new offices on the landmark Green Tower in Santa Cruz. The space marks more than just a physical expansion—it reflects over a decade of shared effort, passion, and vision that has propelled the firm’s growth.

Founded modestly ten years ago, the firm has since established itself as a leader in corporate law, litigation, and comprehensive legal services. Today, its 37 professionals bring together youth, innovation, and commitment. The panoramic city views from the new office symbolize the limitless horizons the firm aspires to reach.

Firm director Daniel Gumucio remarked, “Years ago, we dreamed of transforming the firm into a full-service law firm. Today we’ve achieved that, and we’re convinced that if in ten years we’ve come this far from nothing, at this pace, the sky is the limit.” Karina Jordán is the partner in charge of Labor and Social Security. Bruno Fernando Cuellar is the partner in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Julio César Landívar is a partner in Corporate and Tax Law.

The firm’s youthful profile drives the adoption of advanced tools, offering clients real-time access to case updates—reinforcing transparency and efficiency as central pillars. Since 2019, Gumucio Litigation Corporate has grown from 12 members to a robust team covering criminal, civil, tax, agrarian, and other practice areas.

Beyond litigation, Gumucio Litigation Corporate invests in the future of the profession through partnerships with leading universities, serving as a practical training ground for young lawyers.

Looking ahead, the firm aims to expand its presence in Cochabamba and La Paz, while also pursuing international growth in neighboring countries.
